Open six days a week, and on call when it cannot wait

The office takes calls Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and is closed on Sunday. Ageless Chimney also runs true 24-hour emergency service, so a chimney problem that cannot wait until morning is still covered. The number is the same either way: 516-613-5450.

We work across Long Island and into the city: Nassau County, Suffolk County and Queens. The shop is at 22 St Paul St, Bethpage, NY 11714.

Same-day emergency service is meant for the urgent ones, smoke coming back into the house, a strong gas odor, or damage you can see in the structure. Emergency work carries an extra fee and we tell you that number on the call, not afterwards. Routine chimney cleaning and repair work is normally booked within a few days to a week.

What happens after you contact Ageless Chimney

From the first call to a number you approve

Three things happen, in this order.

  • We put you on the calendar. Routine cleaning and repair work is normally scheduled within a few days to a week. From September onward the calendar tightens, and once the first properly cold week arrives we are usually booking a week or two ahead. An emergency is same day.
  • We look, then we show you. Every sweep includes a Level 1 inspection with parts of a Level 2, plus photos or video of what we found. If there is damage, you get the pictures, a plain explanation of what it means, and your options, with the safety problems separated from the cosmetic ones.
  • You see the price before any work starts. Estimates are free and we will not be undersold, so we will beat any written estimate. Nobody is pushed into deciding about repairs on the spot.

One practical note before the visit: the fireplace has to be cool, which is usually about 12 hours after the last fire. If you would rather start with a number than a conversation, ask for a free estimate.
